RESERVATIONS

It is highly recommended that you email or call to schedule your party 3-4 weeks in advance. All reservations will require a complete guest list, signed party agreement, a credit/debit card to be placed on file and a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $100.00. Your deposit will secure your party date and time. THERE WILL BE NO HOLDS ON DATES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT (No partial deposits are accepted)!

Regular scheduled Beauti Experiences are highly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed. A credit/debit card placed on file is required to make a reservation. All sensitive information is properly contained and secure and payment information is deleted after service is rendered.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Cash, credit or debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER), money orders or checks (MADE PAYABLE TO: BEAUTI DIVINE). All balances are to be paid seven (7) prior to your scheduled party. There will be a $40.00 fee charged for any returned checks.

ATTENDANCE | GUEST COUNT | RSVP CONFIRMATION 

All of our packages are designed for up to 10 Ladybugs, including the Birthday Ladybug. Parties containing a smaller guest count will be charged the same amount for that package.  Please be sure to include ALL siblings in the final guest count if you desire for them to participate in the activities. Parties are designed for the Birthday Ladybug and her guests. 

 

Please contact Beauti Divine at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled party to confirm your final guest count. This will help our staff better serve you and your guest on your Ladybugs special day.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is NOT included and solely up to the client. A customary tip amount would be 20% of your total. Our Ladybug Assistants ensure your Little Ladybug will have a great time, therefore whatever you tip is greatly appreciated.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time to ensure a great Beauti Experience. Any child arriving late may join in on the activities, but may not be able to partake in all of the services and/or activities. Arriving on time will also allow our Ladybug Assistants to be timely for other guests with scheduled services. We ask that all party guests arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start of your party. We cannot service guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late to the party and NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. Our Ladybug Assistants work hard to ensure that all Ladybugs have a BEAUTIful time with us. We appreciate your cooperation.

For regular appointments you are allowed a 10-minute grace period. In the event you arrive after the grace period, your card will be charged for the service you were scheduled for. Your appointment could be pushed back depending upon your arrival time and other reservations. We kindly ask that you are on time for your appointment, so we can efficiently accommodate all of our Ladybugs in a timely manner. We appreciate your promptness.

FOOD & SKIN ALLERGIES

Beauti Divine, Inc. looks forward to catering to your Little Ladybug along with her guests. It is the sole responsibility of the client to check with party guests for specific food allergies. Should any of your guests have severe food allergies, we kindly suggest that you or the child's parent provide an alternate food selection for the child (at your own expense). It is also the responsibility of the client to check with the guest for skin allergies or sensitivities, as Ladybugs could potentially be exposed to glitter, make-up and/or temporary tattoos. All girls should come to Beauti Divine, Inc. with nail polish and glitter completely removed if they are receiving the Love Bug or LaLa Lady Experiences.

ADULT PARTICIPATION 

Beauti Divine, Inc. asks that the parent(s) of the Birthday Ladybug please remain for the duration of the party to attend to the possible needs of the guests. Parents are more than welcome to join in on the fun. At this time we DO NOT provide childcare for Ladybugs receiving services, but please signup for our email alerts should this option become available in the near future.

INCLEMENT WEATHER | ILLNESS

In the case of severe weather or illness, Beauti Divine, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule your party or appointment. However, if you choose to cancel your reservation due to severe weather or illness, please remember that your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Our Ladybug Assistants will be glad to work with you to reschedule your reservation for another available date.

CANCELLATIONS 

We at Beauti Divine, Inc. understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and that you may have to cancel your reservation. In the event you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us to reschedule. You could be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel a party please contact us immediately in hopes to reschedule your party, keeping in mind your $100.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations are not accepted via voicemail message; please call the store or send an email to info.beautidivine@yahoo.com.

NO SHOWS

Beauti Divine, Inc. reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card on file for the amount of the service in which you were scheduled for, this includes birthday parties. To prevent these charges please contact our store if you are unable to make an appointment.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY 

We understand that accidents happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes, equipment and any property of Beauti Divine, Inc. 

​

Beauti Divine, Inc., its owners, employees or volunteers assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, slips, falls, allergies relating to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guests, or guests'  personal property damage/theft/lost during your time at Beauti Divine. At Beauti Divine, we can assure you that we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests.

Beauti Divine, Inc. provides a quality, authentic Beauti Experience for young girls, however, we do not claim to be professionals in the field of cosmetics. All services performed are for Entertainment Purposes ONLY! Our Beauti Experiences are meant to encourage, uplift and motivate your Little Ladybug.
